We loved that the hotel is close to everything. The room is bigger than we expected. Everyone is nice and friendly. the IT team went above and beyond helping us set up the internet connection in our room. If you work remotely like us, this place is a good place to work with a reliable 10mbps connection allocated to each room, perfect for productivity. The staff at Best Western Plus Lex Hotel Cebu is exceptional - efficient, friendly, and quick to fulfill requests. From room service to receptionists, everyone made our stay seamless. the delicious breakfast buffet at Kai Restaurant provided a great start to our day, and the comfy rooms with excellent internet made remote work a breeze. the deluxe king room was modern and spacious, and the staff were polite and helpful. the pool area was perfect for relaxation, and the breakfast at Kai Restaurant was enjoyable. the hotel's central location, close to shopping areas, made it convenient for us to explore the city. Overall, a great value for a comfortable stay in Cebu.
